Since Swami has arrived back to Puttaparthi from Brindavan He has been mostly bypassing gents side, today evening [26th June 2006] was no different.  Swami didn't come towards Gents, what's more  Swami' didn't come at all for the morning darshan. So every single darshan is precious and full of  anticipation, that is, perhaps today Swami may come our way!

 At 3.25 p.m. Swami drove inside Sai Kulwant hall, after giving a brief darshan Bhagavan's car drove directly towards the mandir verandah. After few minutes, Swami called in a couple, for a personal Interview inside the Interview Room. At around 4.00 pm the fortunate couple came out, after few minutes Swami also came out on the verandah, Swami talked to the devotees and students sitting there and also accepted their letters

At around 4.15 P.M Swami went back again inside the Interview Room and another couple was called for interview, the interview lasted for appx 20 minutes.  After the interview the couple came out and  Swami too followed minutes later.

At 4.40 p.m. Swami's car was waiting out side the interview room a sure sign that soon Swami is going to drive back to His residence. However, Swami had other plans, quite unexpectedly Swami decided to drive outside, Swami drove out thru Gokulum gate  towards the constructions site of the new indoor stadium for students. [The  indoor stadium is being constructed near the music institute which is quite near to Gokulam. At the construction site the trees have been cleared off,  the ground  and fundament work is going on; the construction was started last week  with Swami's blessing.]  the minute devotees found out that Swami is going to drive towards the construction site, many rushed towards the main road to get a glimpse of Swami inside the car.  Also, it is a sure way to get a very close darshan of Swami. The lucky ones and the 'quick devotees' did get an opportunity of seeing Swami at close distance inside His car i.e.  "Car darshan"  few were even luckier since they received Abhya Hastha blessings from Swami. Bhajans were in full swing, when Swami came back at 5.15 p.m.   Swami went straight inside the Bhajan mandir.  Aarthi was given to Swami at around 5.30 p.m. After that Swami's car drove back to His residence thus concluding a wonderful darshan at Prasanthi Nilayam today. - SBOI

Being Sunday, a large number of devotees had gathered in Sai Kulwant Hall to have the Darshan of Bhagawan. Swami came to Hall at 7.25 a.m. He went a full round of the Hall in the car and even sat on the stage for some time. The devotees and students could feast their eyes on the Lord as Bhagawan listened to the Vedic chants. Then Bhagawan went inside the Bhajan Hall and Bhajans started. After Arati, Bhagawan retired to His abode for the morning session. In the evening, Swami came to Hall at 2:50. At 4:15, the Institute students presented a programme called Burra Katha (folk tale). Burra Katha is a traditional art form practised in the State of Andhra Pradesh. In this folk art, a story is narrated with dialogues interspersed with songs. The topic of the Burra Katha was from the epic Ramayana. The students described succinctly the events that led to Lord Rama’s exile to the forest, His travails in the forest, the abduction of Mother Sita by Ravana, Lord Rama vanquishing demons and the grand finale of beheading Ravana in the battlefield. The Burra Katha captured the interest of the audience for nearly 45 minutes. The Bhajan session too filled the hearts of devotees with joy. Bhagawan had asked the students to sing a few solo songs. The famous Qawali, Mohabbat ki kami dil mein agar ehsaas hoto hai … (if one feels the pangs of not experiencing the love of God …) was sung again to the delight of everyone. After a few Bhajans, Bhagawan retired to His abode for the day.
